Pressure Fit Tires

Press fit wheel is a type of polyurethane coated wheel with a press fit structure. The wheel hub is generally made of steel, and the wheel surface is made of polyurethane. The maximum diameter of the polyurethane press fit wheel can be up to 1000mm, with a tolerance level of H7. It is assembled with a press fit type and an inherent wheel hub. Maintenance and replacement only require pressing out the press fit wheel. Mainly used in the shield tunneling machine industry and other mechanical engineering industries. The press fit tire surface is made of NDI polyurethane material, which has excellent dynamic mechanical properties such as high wear resistance, low internal heat generation, compression deformation resistance, and tear resistance. We offer a full range of hardness options from Shore A85 to A98, supporting customized wheel diameters, widths, and installation structures according to equipment operating conditions, providing a lifetime maintenance free walking solution for your mining equipment.
