Have you ever had such an experience? When you left the forklift in the warehouse for a week and used it again, you suddenly found that the forklift was driving abnormally bumpy. Under high loads, when the mechanical properties of polyurethane materials are insufficient to withstand long-term and high-intensity pressure, the polyurethane load-bearing wheels will undergo severe creep during the static period, and the contact surface of the wheels will be flattened, resulting in permanent collapse. How can we avoid such a situation from happening? The key lies in choosing polyurethane elastomer materials with excellent mechanical properties.
