In late January 2026, as the southern winter still held a hint of warmth, the management team and core members of YALIDE’s Dongguan production base embarked on a journey of profound significance. We temporarily left behind our familiar workshops and production lines to travel to the Group’s foundational roots in Yongzhou, Hunan—the Dalupu Factory and Tuojiang Factory. There, we convened our annual work summary meeting and engaged in several days of deep integration and team-building activities.

This was more than a routine performance review and planning session; it was a “journey to our roots,” a “commitment to integration,” and a “pledge to strive forward.” We aimed to connect Dongguan’s “central hub” with Hunan’s “operational limbs,” uniting dispersed wisdom into unified action to collectively chart a new blueprint for YALIDE’s future.

Chapter One: Meticulous Preparation for an Efficient Gathering

A successful cross-province meeting begins with meticulous coordination. Long before departure, the conference planning team—led by the Management Department and supported by cross-functional departments—operated efficiently. Every detail, from agenda setting and itinerary planning to logistical support, was thoroughly reviewed to ensure seamless execution.

Chapter Two: On-Site Immersion: Feeling the Pulse Amidst Machinery Rhythms

January 27: Upon arriving in Yongzhou, the team proceeded directly to the production frontlines without pause.

Dalupu Factory Inspection: Guided by the Production Director, the team toured core workshops including casting, hydraulic pressing, grinding, and final inspection. Here, blueprints developed in Dongguan materialize into tangible products. Management engaged in candid discussions with frontline supervisors and technicians, inquiring in detail about new equipment performance, process bottlenecks, and practical operational needs.

Tuojiang Factory Inspection: The following day, the team continued their visit to the Tuojiang factory. As another vital production base for the group, its rigorous on-site management and efficient production cadence left a profound impression on everyone. The Production Director and local team systematically introduced the capacity layout and the ongoing achievements in lean improvement initiatives.

“Only by being on-site, hearing the rhythm of the machines, and seeing the sweat of the workers can we make judgments that are closest to reality.” ” remarked an engineer from Dongguan after the visit. This on-site exchange allowed colleagues from both locations to transcend the barriers of emails and phone calls, fostering deeper understanding and synergy under shared objectives.

Chapter Three: Annual Performance Reviews – Unifying Consensus Through Reflection and Outlook

The annual work summary meeting commenced formally in the Tuojiang Factory conference room. The session was characterized by strict discipline, a tightly structured agenda, and pragmatic outcomes.

Comprehensive Reports, Showcasing Results: Department heads took the stage in turn, systematically reviewing 2025 performance with data and case studies. They candidly analyzed shortcomings while clearly outlining core objectives and action plans for 2026.

Leadership Feedback, Charting the Course: Following presentations, the executive team delivered precise critiques—acknowledging achievements while pinpointing critical improvement areas. The General Manager deepened deployment across all initiatives by aligning them with the company’s overall strategy and industry trends, clarifying core tasks and execution requirements for the new year.

Ideas collided, sparking fresh perspectives: During thematic discussions, attendees engaged in lively yet pragmatic exchanges around common challenges and future opportunities. Cross-departmental and cross-regional brainstorming generated valuable improvement suggestions and collaboration opportunities.

Chapter Four: Future-Oriented Dual-Drive Strategy of Automation and Talent

Aligned with the company’s staffing plan, YALID is entering a phase of steady growth, with clear demand for diverse talents—particularly professionals in R&D, engineering, quality assurance, and production management. This cross-regional exchange also provided local Hunan colleagues with clearer career development prospects and growth platforms.

The 2025 YALID Year-End Work Conference has concluded successfully, while a new journey quietly begins.

Journey through mountains and rivers, this trip to Xiangjiang leaves a lasting impression. We arrived with questions and departed with answers; we came with expectations and returned with confidence. All YALID members will seize this opportunity to unite in purpose, embrace greater efficiency and cohesion, meet all future challenges head-on, and jointly write a new chapter in YALID’s development!
